Big Brother twin Sam Marchant has celebrated dropping a dress size by posing in a bikini for a photo shoot with her sister.
The 20-year-olds, who came joint second in the reality show two years ago, donned polka dot swimwear and high heels to show off their matching slender figures in the shoot for Closer magazine.
Slim Sam put on a stone in weight earlier this year, but thanks to a regime of healthy eating and exercise is now able to fit into the same clothes as her twin again.
She told the magazine: 'I went up a dress size - that doesn't sound like much, but for me it felt enormous. I had a muffin top that bulged over my jeans and Amanda's clothes were so much tighter on me.'
Although she accepts that ordinarily going up a dress size shouldn't be too upsetting, she said being a twin gives everything a different perspective.
'Every day I'd look at Amanda, who's a size 8, and it was a constant reminder of how I look when I'm at my best - not too skinny, just slim and toned.' Mail Online reported.

The glamour model, 30, fled Britain with her children shortly after it emerged that the pairs' three-and-a-half year marriage had come to an abrupt end.
In an emotional statement, she claimed she would always love 'my Pete' - and that he had dumped her. Mail Online reported.
But their split appeared to take a bitter turn as Andre, 36, reportedly said he could no longer cope with his 'out of control' wife.
'I'm not jealous of anybody until Katie's drunk,' he told The Sun. 'There's nobody I feel threatened by when she's sober.
Top model dumps Paulina and her "huge ego"

Apparently Tyra Banks doesn't want to share the top with Paulina Porizkova anymore.
The '80s-era supermodel revealed Tuesday that she has been booted from her judge's post on America's Next Top Model, which wraps up its 12th cycle on Wednesday.
"Listen, do you know why I am in Los Angeles? Because I am looking for a job," Porizkova informed Craig Ferguson when the Late, Late Show host inquired about her latest TV gig. "Because I was fired by America's Next Top Model on my birthday."
That would put firing—which happened via telephone call, she said—on April 9.
"The reason I was told I was fired was because, it seemed, that America's Next Top Model has gotten too fat and they needed to cut some fat and the fat was me," Porizkova said during her interview, which airs tonight on CBS.
"So I figured it was either that or my gigantic huge ego. Which I wasn't aware of until I was told by the producers that I have an ego problem."
